Integrated components
Anthropomorphic robots
They can be effectively used by integrating them into a system or connecting them to other robots provided by us, thanks to their complete versatility.
Delta robots
Special parallel kinematic robots designed for very high speeds and moderate loads.
Sprue picker robots
Sprue Picker manipulators are designed primarily for removing sprues from the mold.
Integration of industrial vibrators
Vibratory feeders for selecting and orienting various parts, which are then sent to an assembly line, a control system, or picked up by a robot for placement in a mold or for further processing.
Integration of vision systems
A vision system includes one or more cameras equipped with image acquisition and processing systems, internal and/or external software, and a lighting system. It integrates easily with machines and systems through standard communication protocols.
Ultrasonic welder
An ultrasonic welding machine, when incorporated into a production system, can be easily automated for both the loading/unloading of materials and the inspection of the finished product.
Automatic labeler
A device for applying self-adhesive labels to finished products, specifically designed to be paired with pick-and-place robots.
Translating table for inserts
A storage unit for holding parts to be picked up and inserted into a mold by a robot. The unit consists of two horizontal sliding platforms that can be alternately positioned in the automatic picking area and the manual loading area.
